Another Sunny Day in Hell

Another Sunny Day in Hell

Wandering halls
crawling through nightmares
hymns through the walls
singing nobody cares.
Dreams slipping through windows
gasping quietly, and gone.
Tears dripping into bonds
tying palms in prayer.
Carrying, tarrying,
tallow and whey.
Barely existing, less with each day
Holding to pain that
nobody hears
as they glare,
as they torment and tease.
Stuck in the shallows
mucked up in fear
nothing left to
believe in or defend
Howling fates,
fangs sharply erect
and the bleeding
never seems to end.
